Configuration & engineering scope
Cleaning, pre-sterilization & controls
Separate cleaning effectiveness from establishing the aseptic operating state.
Functional assembly context. This drawing does not identify a supplied model or its dimensions.
The interface duty
CIP addresses residues within its defined circuit; SIP or other pre-sterilization addresses a different objective. Map the head, product path, returns and excluded manually cleaned components. Develop the sequence for the actual design and product, including restart after an interruption.

- Specified services, circuits and validated sequence
- Outlet
- Equipment ready for the agreed operating state
Information that defines the specification
Service quality at each point of use
Monitoring, alarms and deviation records
Verification criteria and access for maintenance
Use the actual bag and product to establish the final equipment schedule. Model identity, fill mass range, cycle rate, accuracy test and utility conditions belong together in the proposal.
Cleaning and acceptance are part of the scope.
Identify product-contact surfaces, removable parts, manual access, cleaning return and the agreed pre-sterilization boundary. Acceptance compares the agreed configuration under the specified product and package conditions.
