Define a representative sample
Record product identity, batch, temperature, viscosity measurement method, particles and any change during the test. Keep results for clear juice, purée and particulate sauce separate when their behavior differs. Water can support a mechanical check but does not reproduce every food product.
Bring the actual package interface
Supply the bag/liner, fitment and cap with their supplier and revision. Record head engagement, change parts, support and any contact between package handling and the weighing system. The nominal 1 in or 2 in designation is only one input.
Observe the product and complete cycle
Record filling stability, foaming, residue, closure condition and any particle restriction. Time connection, filling, closure and removal separately so the limiting step remains visible. State whether the twin-head trial is simultaneous or alternating and which equipment is shared.
Agree measurements before comparing results
Define target net mass, tare procedure, sampling, reference equipment and acceptance limits. Retain each measured result with units and sample identity. Record the inlet condition for those measurements rather than extrapolating a published maximum.
Close the trial with open items
Record cleaning access and residue observations, repeat-test requirements, change parts and untested conditions. Provide a blank trial sheet with the enquiry; retain actual photos, videos and results under the project record once available.

AF1S single-head bag-in-drum filler
A single filling position for 200 L class aseptic bags in drums. The AF1S is the reference model when one head, one drum station and a straightforward load–fill–close cycle fit your production window.
Review the model ↗AF2SAF2S single-head bag-in-box filler
A compact single-head model for 1–25 L aseptic bags in boxes. The AF2S is the starting point when retail and food-service pack sizes, quick changeovers and a small footprint matter more than bulk drum output.
Review the model ↗AF1DAF1D twin-head bag-in-drum filler
Two filling positions for 200 L class aseptic bags. The AF1D is the reference model when drum handling can overlap and the product supply, conveyors and operator access can support two stations.

Frequently asked questions
Can the same result be applied to every product on the line?
Only within the reviewed product, package and operating boundary. Changes in viscosity, particles, temperature, bag or metering may require another review or trial.
Are the downloadable sheets completed test results?
No. They contain blank fields for a planned or observed trial and do not represent an installed project or validated process.
