Viscosity and particles together
Chili sauce can contain seeds, skin, fibre and added pieces. Provide the particle size distribution, the largest expected particle and the viscosity at the filling temperature. Review the pump, valve, head and fitment as one passage. A large fitment does not compensate for a narrow valve or a pump that damages the particles.
Acidity, salt and materials
The pH, salt content and formulation affect the product-contact materials and the cleaning procedure. Confirm the wetted materials and the elastomer compatibility with the sauce. If the line runs several recipes, define the changeover and cleaning between them, including allergen and colour carry-over.
Colour and product protection
Chili colour can change with heat and oxygen. The filler receives treated product and should minimise unnecessary exposure. Define the inlet temperature, the maximum holding time and the response to a stop. The upstream process and the package barrier determine shelf life; the filler does not sterilise the sauce.
Package and market
Food-service chili sauce often uses 1–25 L bag-in-box; bulk ingredient or reprocessing users may choose 200 L drums. The package changes the filling head, support, weighing and closure. Confirm the bag, cap and fitment drawing before selecting the model. A trial with the actual sauce is the only reliable basis for particle and fill performance.

AF2S single-head bag-in-box filler
A compact single-head model for 1–25 L aseptic bags in boxes. The AF2S is the starting point when retail and food-service pack sizes, quick changeovers and a small footprint matter more than bulk drum output.
Review the model ↗AF1SAF1S single-head bag-in-drum filler
A single filling position for 200 L class aseptic bags in drums. The AF1S is the reference model when one head, one drum station and a straightforward load–fill–close cycle fit your production window.
Review the model ↗AF1DAF1D twin-head bag-in-drum filler
Two filling positions for 200 L class aseptic bags. The AF1D is the reference model when drum handling can overlap and the product supply, conveyors and operator access can support two stations.

Frequently asked questions
Can a bag-in-box filler handle chunky chili sauce?
It depends on the particle size, the valve and head passages, the fitment and the pump. Review the complete path and run a representative trial with the actual particle distribution.
Does acidity affect the filler materials?
The product-contact materials and elastomers must be compatible with the pH and salt content. Provide the formulation and cleaning chemicals so the materials can be checked.
What should a chili sauce enquiry include?
Send viscosity and test temperature, particle size, pH, salt, filling temperature, package, target mass and output.
