The machine is only one line item
A filling cell may include the filler, bag or drum support, conveyor, weighing platform, cap handling, controls, enclosure, CIP/SIP connections and commissioning. A quotation that lists only the filler can look lower while excluding the scope needed to run it. Compare the included scope and the exclusions.
Configuration drives cost
A single-head bag-in-box model is a different machine from a twin-head bag-in-drum system with conveyors and bulk-container handling. Head count, bag size, metering, automation, stainless-steel finish, enclosure and utility demand all change the cost. The AF-series catalogue gives model families, not prices.
Validation and evidence have a cost
FAT/SAT, material certificates, calibration, cleaning verification, operator training and documentation take time. If you need a particular acceptance test or certification document, state it before the quotation. Do not assume that a catalogue reference is a certificate or a validation result.
Compare total cost per finished package
Include labour, utilities, cleaning time, changeover, rejects, spare parts and maintenance. A lower-cost machine that cannot sustain the cycle may cost more per package. A higher-capacity machine that runs below its design point may also be uneconomic. Model the annual output and the operating window.

AF1S single-head bag-in-drum filler
A single filling position for 200 L class aseptic bags in drums. The AF1S is the reference model when one head, one drum station and a straightforward load–fill–close cycle fit your production window.
Review the model ↗AF2SAF2S single-head bag-in-box filler
A compact single-head model for 1–25 L aseptic bags in boxes. The AF2S is the starting point when retail and food-service pack sizes, quick changeovers and a small footprint matter more than bulk drum output.
Review the model ↗AutomationHigh-capacity aseptic bag filling system
High capacity is a system property. The filler, upstream supply, drum or bin logistics, weighing and cleaning must be designed for the same sustained rate.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an aseptic bag filling machine cost?
We do not publish a price because the scope varies with model, heads, bag format, metering, automation, conveyors, utilities and validation. Send your package, product and output for a project-specific quotation.
Is a twin-head machine twice the price?
Not necessarily. The machine, controls and utilities change, but shared components remain. Compare the full scope and the sustained output, not only the head count.
What are the hidden costs?
Common exclusions include conveyors, enclosure, installation, utilities, validation, spares, training and packaging line integration. Ask for a scope matrix with inclusions and exclusions.
